Materiality for ESG: Science or Art?

Task Force for Climate Change Related Financial Disclosures[1] (TCFD) published “Proposed Guidance on Climate Related Metrics, Targets and Transition Plans” in June 2021.  TCFD invited topics on many topics, including materiality.
